Background
Glow Lab, founded in 2017, has become New Zealand’s leading natural personal care brand in the grocery market. The brand is known for combining nature and science to create premium yet affordable products. Glow Lab’s target audience includes environmentally conscious consumers who seek natural, effective, and budget-friendly solutions while managing busy lifestyles. These consumers are drawn to brands that align with their values and offer products with a wider purpose.
Strategy
The redesign of Glow Lab’s e-commerce platform focused on reflecting the brand’s core proposition, “nature + science.” The design utilised sleek lines, subtle colour accents, and clear visual differentiation between skincare ranges. User experience was a key priority, with animations and smooth transitions incorporated to increase engagement and ensure seamless interactions. This approach not only enhanced the brand’s credibility but also resonated with environmentally conscious users by aligning with their preference for simplicity and authenticity.
